Awards Banquet Only: The Awards Banquet Dinner is held Friday evening, September 22, at the conference site. No host cocktails begin at 1800, seating begins at 1830, and the dinner is served at 1900. The banquet ends around 2100. The cost is $38 per dinner. If you are planning on attending the Awards Banquet, but not the conference, you can purchase you ticket online at our registration page.

Scholarships Available: This year there are TWO scholarship categories available. One with sixteen slots awarded through OSAA and ODOT and a second one, the TR Hilton Memorial Scholarship, with one slot. See the scholarships page for details on how to apply.
Umpqua Community College First Responder Scholarship: ATRIO Health Plans, Roseburg, has established a scholarship fund at Umpqua Community College. See info here.
Career Fair: The Oregon EMS Conference is excited to offer a Career Fair. We have colleges, private ambulance providers and fire agencies all participating. The fair times are 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday September 23rd, in our Vendor Hall. See registration form here.
The two-day conference provides 14.5 CE’s – additional CE’s with pre/post conference classes.
The Oregon EMS Conference is an activity of the Oregon Research & Education Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. The conference provides a venue for the annual awards presentation by EMS and Trauma Systems, and the Oregon Health Authority.
