EMS Awards Nominations
Now is a good time to nominate EMS personnel, EMS units, and citizens for the 2018 EMS Awards. Start the nomination process here.
Awards Banquet Only: The Awards Banquet Dinner is held Friday evening, September 28, at the conference site. No host cocktails begin at 1800, seating begins at 1830, and the dinner is served at 1900. The banquet ends around 2100. The cost is $38 per dinner. If you are planning on attending the Awards Banquet, but not the conference, you can purchase you ticket online at our registration page.

Student Registration: Special pricing is available for students. Visit the student registration page for details.
Scholarships Available: We expect about 24 scholarship slots available for 2018. Some slated to include one night lodging when the 2nd night covered by the attendee.. Awarded through Oregon State Ambulance Association and ODOT See the scholarships page for details on how to apply. The online application process will begin in Feb, 2018 so apply on the email link anytime after that date.
Career Fair: The Oregon EMS Conference is excited to offer a Career Fair. We have colleges, private ambulance providers and fire agencies all participating. The fair times are 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday September 29th, in our Vendor Hall. See registration form here.
The two-day conference provides 14.5 CE’s – additional CE’s with pre/post conference classes.
The Oregon EMS Conference is an activity of the Oregon Research & Education Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. The conference provides a venue for the annual awards presentation by EMS and Trauma Systems, and the Oregon Health Authority.
