With more than 40 years of dedicated service in Fire and EMS, Brad Kastner brings extensive leadership, operational, and educational experience to the field. He currently serves as President of the Oregon EMS Association and the EMS Education Foundation, where he champions professional development and advocacy for emergency medical providers across the state. In addition, Brad is the Oregon Education Coordinator for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), supporting high-quality training and education initiatives for EMS professionals.
